Returns and Exchanges


We are happy to offer a return and/or exchange for unwanted items (defective and non-defective products) returned within 30 days of receipt.

Please note that all items must be returned in saleable condition: unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals intact.

We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not resalable.

If your order was eligible for a free gift, the gift must also be returned before your refund or replacement can be processed.

Unless it's a faulty product, you'll need to cover the cost of returning it.

We do not charge a restocking fee.


Returns

Once your return and/or exchange has been approved and we have received your order, as long as the items have been returned in a resalable condition, your refund will be processed within 3 working days.

Your refund will be confirmed via email and funds will be returned to your original payment method such as PayPal or card payments.

Depending on how you paid, for example, if you are located in Portugal and paid with Multibanco, we will need your IBAN details to send a bank transfer and we will contact you to obtain these details.

However, card payments may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement from the time of issuance.

Please note that this period varies depending on the bank and payment method, and that PayPal and bank transfer transactions appear immediately.

Please contact us within the 30-day period to discuss the case and open the return authorization and we will take care of everything!


Refunds


Once approved your return and/or exchange and we have received your package, provided the items have been returned in resalable condition, your refund will be processed within 3 working days.

Your refund will be confirmed by email and the funds will be returned to your original payment method like PayPal or Card Payments.

Depending the way you paid, for example if you are located in Portugal and you paid using Multibanco, we will need your IBAN details for sending a bank transfer and we will contact you in order to get these details.

However, card payments it may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement from the time of issue.
