What are the shipping and delivery costs and times?


Orders are shipped DDP, which means that everything is included in the final price of your order. No surprises!

You will only be charged once for delivery per order, regardless of how many separate shipments we send you.

There are no processing fees or additional charges.

Usually, orders are delivered to your door, however after the carrier has attempted to deliver to your door, in the event of absence or any adult signing for the delivery, they have the right to leave the package at a collection point to be collected. a few days then, if they are not collected, they are returned to us. In this case, we will reimburse you immediately.


Processing time :


All orders are subject to a processing time of 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday).


Order cut-off time :


Up to 2:00 pm (CET)


Free delivery:


All orders of €50 or more qualify for free delivery.


Shipping costs:


Orders under €50, shipping costs are fixed at €7.

All orders are delivered to your door, securely packaged, tracked and insured.


Transport time:


2 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday)


Couriers :


We use GLS, UPS, Colis Privé or eventually another courier.


Restrictions :


In France, we do not deliver to Corsica.


What if I'm not at home when the courier arrives?


Don't worry, the courier will leave your order in a safe place and send you a confirmation e-mail with a photo of where he left it. If you need to reschedule your delivery, please contact us by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp.


Can I change the delivery address after I've placed my order?


No, you cannot change your delivery address once the order has been placed. We have to cancel the order and place another one.


How can I track my order?


Once the order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent by e-mail and will be available on the order page of your account.


Packages damaged in transit:


If possible, refuse the courier parcel and contact our customer service department if you find a parcel damaged in transit. Please contact customer service to find out what to do if the parcel was delivered while you were away.

Working days are considered to be Monday to Friday, excluding municipal, regional or national holidays.
